## Aufgaben
- Selbständige Projektabwicklung – Koordination/Steuerung/Überwachung – entsprechend der LPH der HOAI
- Erstellung von Leistungsverzeichnissen und Ausschreibungsunterlagen
- Aktive und zielorientierte Mitarbeit in den jeweiligen Planungs- und Projektteams
- Technische Beratung und Betreuung von Bauherren und Architekten
## Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Abschluss zum staatl. gepr. Techniker
- Leidenschaftliches Interesse in allen Projektphasen/Leistungsphasen der HOAI
- Lernbereitschaft und die Fähigkeit, sich selbst zu organisieren
- Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen Berechnungstools und Office-Programmen
- Ziel- und ergebnisorientiert
