  • Pflege und Weiterentwicklung der Managementsystem-Dokumentation (z. B. QM-Handbuch und Prozessbeschreibungen)
  • Unterstützung bei der Planung, Durchführung und Nachverfolgung von internen, Lieferanten-, Kunden- sowie Zertifizierungsaudits
  • Mitarbeit bei Maßnahmen zur Qualitätsverbesserung, beispielsweise im Rahmen von CAPAs, Reklamationen oder Audits
  • Erstellung, Auswertung und Analyse von Qualitätskennzahlen, Daten und Trends
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Lenkung von Vorgabedokumenten
  • Bearbeitung von internen und externen Anfragen zum Managementsystem
  • Durchführung von Schulungen und Sensibilisierungsmaßnahmen
  • Mitwirkung an Maßnahmen zur Erfüllung von Vereinbarungen mit externen Parteien
  • Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung im industriellen Umfeld
  • Erste Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement, mit Audits, Managementsystemen oder qualitätsrelevanten Verträgen ist von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein und ein gutes Verständnis für Prozesse, Vorgaben und Regelwerke
  • Sicheres Auftreten sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
