Wir suchen einen engagierten Techniker / Konstrukteur (m/w/d) mit technischem Verständnis, Organisationstalent und Freude an Kommunikation.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Konstruktion und technische Ausarbeitung
  • Erstellung von Zeichnungen und Fertigungsunterlagen
  • Betreuung technischer Projekte von der Anfrage bis zur Umsetzung
  • Ansprechpartner für Kunden und Lieferanten
  • Koordination und Unterstützung des Teams im technischen Bereich
  • Einkauf von Materialien und technischen Komponenten
  • Abstimmung mit Fertigung, Vorarbeiter
  • Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung von Prozessen und Abläufen

Das bringst du mit

  • Technische Ausbildung oder Weiterbildung als Techniker / Konstrukteur / Meister (m/w/d)
  • Erfahrung im Metallbereich, Maschinenbau oder Metallbau
  • Sicherer Umgang mit CAD-Software
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Organisationstalent und Teamfähigkeit
  • Idealerweise erste Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung
