Technische Verantwortung für Verfügbarkeit, Instandhaltung, Fehleranalyse und kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Automatisierungssystemen wie Wafertransportsystemen (WTS), Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR), RFID-Systemen und Load&GoSystemen im 24/7-Fertigungsbetrieb.

Das ist deine neue Rolle

Erweiterte Fehlersuche und Reparatur

Durchführung komplexer Fehleranalysen auf System- und Komponentenebene

Analyse von Ursachen wiederkehrender Störungen

Durchführung von Reparaturen und technischen Änderungen

Unterstützung des 1st Level Supports

Präventive Instandhaltung

Planung und Durchführung vorbeugender Wartungen

Erstellung und Optimierung von Wartungskonzepten

Sicherstellung der langfristigen Anlagen- und Ersatzteilverfügbarkeit

Systemverantwortung

Technische Verantwortung für definierte Automatisierungssysteme:

Pflege technischer Dokumentationen

Erstellung von Arbeitsanweisungen und OCAPs

Schulung von Supportern und Operatoren

Analyse von MTBF, MTTR und Verfügbarkeitskennzahlen

Identifikation von Ausfallschwerpunkten und Umsetzung technischer Verbesserungen

Unterstützung bei Upgrades und Systemerweiterungen

Lieferanten- und Projektmanagement

Koordination externer Servicepartner

Technische Abnahme von Wartungsarbeiten

Mitarbeit bei Neuinstallationen, Qualifizierungen und Umbauten

Unterstützung von Automatisierungsprojekten

Das bringst du mit

Staatlich geprüfter Techniker oder Bachelorabschluss in Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik oder Automatisierungstechnik

Elektrofachkraft (zwingend)

Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Instandhaltung komplexer Produktionsanlagen, idealerweise in Halbleiterfertigung oder Automatisierungstechnik

Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit

Analytische und systematische Herangehensweise

Hohe Eigenverantwortung und projektorientiertes Arbeiten

Kommunikationsstärke auf allen Ebenen

Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Erfahrung im Umgang mit MS Office, SAP und Ticketsystemen
