Techniker (m/w/d) EMSR

Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Verantwortung für die Betreuung und Überwachung von EMSR- und HLSK-Installationen in den zugeordneten Gebäuden und Infrastruktureinrichtungen
  • Übernahme der Anlagenverantwortung sowie die Funktion als Verantwortliche Elektrofachkraft (VEFK) gemäß der Fachorganisation Elektrotechnik des Standortes Rheinfelden
  • Eigenständige Planung und Projektierung von EMSR-Maßnahmen an Elektro- und IT-Installationen im Bereich Facility Management
  • Betreuung der Gebäudeleittechnik und Übernahme der Funktion als Energiemanagementbeauftragten, einschließlich der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Steigerung der Energieeffizienz
  • Bauleitung und Koordination von Fachplanern und Fremddienstleistern bei Instandhaltungs- und Investitionsprojekten in den Gewerken EMSR und HLSK, einschließlich der Inbetriebnahme und Leistungsabnahme

Anforderungen

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Facharbeiter oder Zusatzausbildung als Techniker in der EMSR- oder HLSK-Technik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (mindestens 5 Jahre) in einer vergleichbaren Position mit umfassender Praxiserfahrung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der relevanten Regelwerke im Bereich EMSR für die Gebäudeinfrastruktur, einschließlich mechanischem und elektrischem Explosionsschutz (EX-Schutz)
  • Sehr gute Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
