Für unser Team suchen wir einen technisch versierten Techniker (m/w/d) , der sich um die Reparatur, Wartung und Montage unserer Airsoft-Systeme kümmert.

Dabei geht es nicht um das reine Austauschen von Bauteilen. Unsere Systeme bestehen aus vielen kleinen, präzise gefertigten Komponenten, die mechanisch, elektrisch und teilweise pneumatisch miteinander funktionieren müssen. Häufig ist neben dem Arbeiten nach Bauplan auch technisches Verständnis, Fingerspitzengefühl und die Fähigkeit gefragt, individuelle Toleranzen auszugleichen und eine optimale Funktion herzustellen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Reparatur, Wartung und Instandsetzung von Airsoft-Systemen
  • Montage und Demontage von mechanischen, elektrischen und pneumatischen Komponenten
  • Fehleranalyse und systematische Fehlersuche
  • Arbeiten mit Kleinteilen und präzisen Baugruppen
  • Ausrichten, Anpassen und Justieren von Komponenten
  • Arbeiten nach technischen Zeichnungen, Bauplänen und Montagevorgaben
  • Erkennen und Ausgleichen von Toleranzen einzelner Bauteile
  • Prüfung der Funktion und Qualität fertiggestellter Systeme
  • Messen und Kontrollieren von Bauteilen mit geeigneten Messinstrumenten
  • Gegebenenfalls kleinere mechanische Nacharbeiten und Anpassungen
  • Dokumentation von Reparaturen und Arbeitsschritten
