  • Das sind Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Verantwortlich für Projekte im Wohnungs- und Gewerbebau
  • Betreuung von Projektierungen
  • Planung der Baudurchführung sowie Steuerung des Bauablaufs in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den unterschiedlichen Gewerken
  • Führung eines dynamisches Montageteams (2-15 Mitarbeiter)
  • Durchführungen von Aufmaß- und Abrechnungsarbeiten
  • Komplexe Vorgänge eigenständig bearbeiten und Mitarbeiter ggf. unterweisen und schulen
  • Was Sie mitbringen:
  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Anlagenmechaniker oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Weiterbildung zum Techniker im Bereich Heizung / Sanitär oder einen Meisterbrief im Bereich HSK
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement sind von Vorteil
  • Hohes Maß an Eigenständigkeit, Qualitätsbewusstsein und Serviceorientierung
  • Wünschenswerterweise sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse
  • Gute Menschenkenntnisse und Teamfähigkeit setzten wir voraus
