*In unserer Kundendienstabteilung betreuen wir über 6.000 Kunden bei Heizungs- oder Sanitärstörungen sowie im Wartungsbereich.*

Für unsere Kundendienstabteilung suchen wir ab sofort Verstärkung im technisch-kaufmännischen Bereich.

### Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

  • Einteilung und Planung der Serviceeinsätze
  • Technische Beratung von Kunden im Bereich Heizung und Sanitär
  • Erstellung, Bearbeitung und Nachverfolgung von Angeboten
  • Unterstützung der Servicemitarbeiter bei technischen Fragen

### Ihr Profil:

  • Technische Berufsausbildung, idealerweise im Heizungs- oder Sanitärbereich
  • Freude am Kundenkontakt
  • Teamgeist
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohes Engagement und eine lösungsorientierte Denkweise
