Diese Aufgaben erwarten Sie

In dieser verantwortungsvollen Position übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Rolle in der Projektabwicklung und Kundenbetreuung. Ihre Aufgaben umfassen:

  • Eigenständige Projektplanung und -leitung inkl. fachlicher Führung der Projektmitarbeiter
  • Technische Bearbeitung von Kundenaufträgen inkl. Erfassung im IT-System, Erstellung der Auftragsunterlagen und Terminverfolgung
  • Kalkulation und Angebotserstellung
  • Kompetente Betreuung unserer Kunden sowie Klärung technischer Fragestellungen
  • Einkauf auftragsbezogener Ersatzteile
  • Durchführung von Inbetriebnahmen an Serviceobjekten und Erstellung umfassender Befundberichte
  • Erfassung von Lohnstunden im IT-System
  • Kontierung von Lieferantenrechnungen
  • Erstellung von Ausgangsrechnungen für Kunden

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abgeschlossene fachspezifische Berufsausbildung (mind. 3 Jahre)
  • Weiterqualifikation als Meister, Techniker oder Ingenieur/Bachelor
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Pumpentechnik , Motorentechnik oder verwandten technischen Bereichen
  • Gute EDV-/IT-Kenntnisse
  • Projektmanagementerfahrung
  • Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
