Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Erstellung und Pflege von technischen Zeichnungen und Plänen mittels CAD-Software.
  • Unterstützung der Bauleitung bei der Planung und Durchführung von Bauprojekten.
  • Koordination und Abstimmung mit internen und externen Projektbeteiligten.
  • Überwachung und Dokumentation des Baufortschritts.
  • Aufbau und Mitgestaltung bei der Stelle der technischen Arbeitsvorbereitung (bisher im Unternehmen nicht vorhanden)
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Bauwesen, Vermessungstechnik oder vergleichbar.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von CAD-Software (z.B. AutoCAD, Revit) wünschenswert.
  • Berufserfahrung in der technischen Arbeitsvorbereitung, idealerweise im Tiefbau.
  • Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise.
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Organisationsgeschick.
