Ihre Tätigkeiten:

  • Unterstützung der Projektleiter im täglichen Geschäft
  • Projektbezogene Qualitätsprüfungen von Dokumentationen und Plänen/Protokollen
  • Weiterleiten von Problemfällen an den Projektleiter
  • Dokumentation und Pflege von Datenbanken und Projekttools
  • Schrift- und Telefonverkehr mit Dienstleistern und evtl. Kunden
  • Nachhalten von Terminen und Fristen (falls vorhanden)

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmännischen oder technischen Bereich, bestenfalls im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau oder Hochbau
  • Erste Erfahrung in der Projektarbeit
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Prüfung von Dokumentationen
  • Verlässlichkeit und Sorgfalt
  • Lösungsorientiertes Denken und Handeln
  • Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse, sowie eine Affinität zu IT-Anwendungen & -programmen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
