Aktuell betreuen wir eine spannende Position im Luftfahrtfertigungsumfeld am Standort Weeze :

  • Das Unternehmen produziert dort im Rahmen eines internationalen Großprogramms Strukturbauteile für ein hochmodernes Kampfflugzeug in einer neuen, hochmodernen Fertigungslinie.
  • *Damit bietet die Position langfristige Sicherheit und ein technologisch anspruchsvolles Arbeitsumfeld.*

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Durchführung von Arbeitsanweisungen im Fertigungsprozess von Strukturbauteilen
  • Reparaturarbeiten an Flugzeugteilen nach Vorgaben
  • Dokumentation aller erledigten Arbeiten
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Team‑ und Produktionsleitung
  • Beteiligung am internen Meldewesen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z. B. Mechanik, Metall, Produktion)
  • Erfahrung in Fertigung/Produktion, handwerkliches Geschick
  • Fähigkeit, technische Zeichnungen zu lesen
  • Körperliche Belastbarkeit
  • Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Bereitschaft zu Schichtarbeit
  • Bereitschaft zur Sicherheitsüberprüfung (SÜ2)
  • *Nice to have:* Erfahrung in der Luftfahrt- oder Metallstrukturfertigung

Rahmenbedingungen

  • Einsatzort: Weeze (NRW)
  • Vertragsart: Arbeitnehmerüberlassung (Option auf Übernahme nach 12 Monaten)
  • Start: 01.04.2026
  • Arbeitszeit: 40h/Woche
  • Entgeltgruppe: IG Metall EG 5–9 (abhängig von Erfahrung)
  • Langfristige Perspektive in einem sicherheitsrelevanten High‑Tech‑Industriebereich
