Wir suchen für die EPI Entwickler.Planer.Ingenieure GmbH, Bereich Versorgungstechnik, Standort Regensburg, ab sofort eine

Technische Projektassistenz Voll- oder Teilzeit (aGw\*)

Deine neuen Aufgaben:

  • Kalkulation von Planungsleistungen gemäß HOAI, Erstellung von Kostenschätzungen und Kostenberechnungen gemäß DIN 276 sowie Unterstützung bei Kostenvergleichen und Budgetüberwachung
  • Erstellung und Skizzierung technischer Zusammenhänge und Durchführung technischer Berechnungen im Bereich HLSK / ELT
  • Zuarbeit bei der Auslegung technischer Anlagenkomponenten
  • Erstellung von Erläuterungs-, Ergebnis- und Projektberichten sowie Präsentationen für VgV-Verfahren
  • Ausarbeitung von Entscheidungs- und Variantenvergleichen sowie Mitwirkung bei Angebotsprüfungen und rechnerischen Auswertungen

Das bringst du mit:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Versorgungstechnik, Technische Gebäudeausrüstung, Elektrotechnik, Energie- und Gebäudetechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar
  • Alternativ staatlich geprüfter Techniker im Bereich Heizung, Lüftung, Sanitär, Klima, Elektrotechnik oder technischer Systemplaner mit einschlägiger Zusatzqualifikation
  • Grundkenntnisse der HOAI (LPH 1–7), Kenntnisse in der Kostenplanung nach DIN 276, Erfahrung in der Anwendung von AVA-Software
  • Technisches Verständnis und analytische Denkweise und Zahlenaffinität
  • Fähigkeit zur klaren schriftlichen Darstellung technischer Sachverhalte
