Wir sind ein Dachdeckerbetrieb in Dirmingen und bieten das gesamte Leistungsspektrum rund ums Dach an. Von Steil- und Flachdacharbeiten über Abdichtung und Dämmung bis hin zu Reparaturen und Sanierungen. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine zuverlässige und strukturierte Fachkraft für Kalkulation und Angebotswesen.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Prüfung und Bearbeitung von Angebotsunterlagen sowie Kalkulation und Erstellung von Angeboten für unsere Dachdeckerleistungen.
  • Mengenermittlung anhand von Plänen, Fotos, vorhandenen Aufmaßen und weiteren Unterlagen.
  • Einholen, Prüfen und Vergleichen von Lieferantenangeboten sowie Preis- und Konditionsanfragen.
  • Schriftliche und telefonische Klärung von Rückfragen zu Angeboten.
  • Dokumentation und Nachverfolgung des Angebotsstatus.

Ihr Profil

  • Berufserfahrung in der Kalkulation, im Angebotswesen oder in der technischen Sachbearbeitung im Bau- oder Handwerksumfeld.
  • Technisches Verständnis für Bauleistungen sowie Erfahrung mit Angebotsunterlagen und Leistungsverzeichnissen.
  • Eine strukturierte, sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise sowie ein gutes Zahlenverständnis.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office.

Wünschenswert sind Kenntnisse im Dachdeckerhandwerk sowie Qualifikation oder Berufserfahrung, beispielsweise als Dachdecker/in, Bautechniker/in oder im technischen Bereich der Baubranche.
