  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Verantwortung für den gesamten Einkaufsprozess hinsichtlich Anfragen- und Angebotsentwicklung, Verhandlungen, Bestellungen und Kontrakte für deutsch- und englischsprachige Projekte für Materialien und Bauteile
  • Durchführung von Ausschreibungen in Kooperation mit dem Fachbereich, Erstellung und Pflege von globalen/lokalen Lieferantenportfolios, Durchführung von Verhandlungen und Vertragserstellung, inkl. Termin- und Kennzahlentracking
  • Vertretung der Einkaufsinteressen in interdisziplinären Teams
  • Selbstständige Organisation und Durchführung von Lieferantenworkshops
  • Durchführung von Beschaffungsmarktanalysen und Ableitung der unternehmensorientierten Sourcing-Strategien
  • Proaktive Identifizierung von Kostenreduzierungsmaßnahmen, aktive Mitarbeit bei Prozessoptimierungen und Einbringung von Ideen
  • Eigenverantwortliche Übernahme des Aufgabenbereichs nach abgeschlossener Einschulungsphase und laufender Unterstützung durch Mentoring
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Abgeschlossene technische/kaufmännische Ausbildung (LAP, HTL/HAK, FH/TU/Uni)
  • Einkaufserfahrung von Vorteil, vorzugsweise in einem Produktionsbetrieb
  • Technisches Grundverständnis
  • Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse (besonders Excel), SAP von Vorteil
  • Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und Englisch in der Zusammenarbeit mit Kollegen, Lieferanten und Kunden
  • Hohe Problemlösungskompetenz, Durchsetzungsstärke und Resilienz
  • Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Moderate Dienstreisebereitschaft
