Ihre Aufgaben

  • Telefonische und persönliche Betreuung unserer Kunden
  • Erstellung, Bearbeitung und Verwaltung von Aufträgen
  • Unterstützung bei der technischen und organisatorischen Auftragsabwicklung
  • Angebotserstellung und Nachverfolgung
  • Erstellung von Rechnungen und Verwaltung der Fakturierung
  • Kommunikation mit Kunden, Lieferanten und Montageteams
  • Allgemeine administrative und organisatorische Bürotätigkeiten

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung
  • Sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS Office, insbesondere Word und Excel)
  • Technisches Verständnis, idealerweise in den Bereichen Fenster, Türen oder Sonnenschutz
  • Freundliches und professionelles Auftreten im Kundenkontakt
  • Selbstständige, genaue und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Organisationstalent
