  • Erste Kontaktperson für technische Supportanliegen unserer Händler, Partner und Kunden
  • Bearbeitung technischer Anfragen zu unseren Produkten per E-Mail und Telefon
  • Analyse, Strukturierung und eigenständige Lösung technischer Supportfälle
  • Sorgfältige Erfassung und Auswertung von Anfragen zur Optimierung interner Abläufe
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachabteilungen bei Groß- und Sonderprojekten

Entlohnung : brutto 2.900.- / Monat
