Wir sind auf der Suche nach einer eigenverantwortlichen Persönlichkeit für die Verwaltung von Serviceprotokollen, Motorregistrierungen und Ersatzteilbestellungen für das Servicecenter sowie für Kundeneinsätze. Dazu gehört auch die Erstellung von Aufträgen und die vollständige Abwicklung der Miet- und Serviceaufträge bis hin zur Abrechnung. Weitere Aufgaben sind die Bearbeitung von Garantie- und Claim-Fällen sowie Organisation von Kundenlieferungen. Zusätzlich unterstützen Sie bei Projekten und übernehmen weitere administrative Tätigkeiten.

  • Technische Ausbildung von Vorteil
  • Erste Erfahrung in der Abwicklung technischer Projekte und Vertriebsinnendienst
  • Gute Excel-Anwenderkenntnisse
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeit & fundierte Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Hohes Maß an Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität und Teamgeist
