DEINE AUFGABEN:

  • Technische Betreuung unserer Kunden und Vertriebspartner per Telefon, E-Mail und Remote-Support
  • Analyse und Lösung technischer Probleme
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Entwicklungsteam zur Lösung komplexer Herausforderungen
  • Dokumentation von Prozessen und Lösungen
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung unseres Supports sowie Optimierung technischer Abläufe
  • Bei Bedarf: Vor Ort Unterstützung bei komplexen Inbetriebnahmeprojekten

DEIN PROFIL:

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder eine verbleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im IT-Support, technischen Kundenservice oder eine ausgeprägte Technikaffinität
  • Analytische Denkweise und lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Serviceorientierung und souveränes Handeln auch in stressigen Situationen
  • Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen
