Quartier – Nordhorn – 30 Stunden/monatlich

Das Quartier befindet sich in der Denekamper Str. in Nordhorn und beheimatet mit der Tagesstätte, der besonderen Wohnform und der Begegnungsstätte drei Einrichtungen der psychiatrischen Nachsorge des Ev.-ref. Diakonischen Werkes Grafschaft Bentheim.

Zur Sicherstellung der Betriebsabläufe und zur Instandhaltung der Gebäude suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen technischen Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) im Bereich der Haustechnik auf geringfügiger Beschäftigungsbasis

Ihre Tätigkeit in dieser Funktion:

  • Unterhalts- und Instandhaltungsreparaturen im gesamten Gebäude
  • Pflege und Verantwortung des Fuhrparks
  • Berücksichtigung der Auflagen des Arbeits- und Brandschutzes
  • Pflege und Reparatur der notwendigen Betriebsmittel

Ihr Profil:

  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
  • strukturierte, selbstorganisierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Lebensumfeld der Leistungsempfänger\*innen
  • Handwerkliches Geschick
