  • Du gestaltest die Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung unserer infrastrukturellen Prozesse im Facility Management aktiv mit.
  • Als Key User unseres CAFM-Systems sorgst du für die laufende Weiterentwicklung und die nahtlose Integration von Gebäude- und CAD-Daten.
  • Von der ersten Idee bis zur finalen Dokumentation begleitest du Bau- und Infrastrukturprojekte und bringst dein technisches Know-how ein.
  • Gemeinsam mit Kolleg*innen aus unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen sowie externen Planungs- und Projektpartner*innen arbeitest du an zukunftsorientierten Lösungen.
  • Das bringst Du mit
  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Bau-, Gebäude- oder Bautechnik (Lehre, Fachschule, HTL, Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation)
  • Berufserfahrung im technischen Umfeld, idealerweise in der technischen Planung, im Facility Management oder im Bauwesen
  • Gute Kenntnisse in AutoCAD und MS Office
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit CAFM-Systemen, idealerweise mit Pit-FM oder vergleichbaren Anwendungen
  • Kenntnisse in BIM (Building Information Modeling) sowie Erfahrung mit Datenbanken; Kenntnisse in Microsoft SQL und/oder Oracle sind von Vorteil
  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse in WebGIS, Adobe Acrobat oder AutoLISP
  • Erfahrung in der Begleitung und Koordination von Projekten
  • Strukturierte, genaue und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Teamgeist und Offenheit für neue Technologien sowie die Motivation, Prozesse aktiv mitzugestalten
