Anforderungsprofil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Berufserfahrung
  • Gute Kenntnisse in ERP-Systemen, sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office
  • Kenntnisse im Vertragsrecht, Lieferantenmanagement und Lagerhaltung
  • Verhandlungsgeschick, Durchsetzungsvermögen, Kommunikationsstärke, selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten:

  • Beschaffung technischer Komponenten (z. Bsp. mechanische Bauteile, Baugruppen, Normteile, Fertigungsteile)
  • Durchführung von Preis- und Vertragsverhandlungen
  • Einholung und Auswertung von Angeboten sowie Erstellung von Angebotsvergleichen
  • Überwachung von Lieferterminen, Qualität und Kostenentwicklung
  • Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und Lieferantenbewertungen
