### Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Anfrage- und Angebotsbearbeitung von bestehenden und neuen Artikeln
  • Bearbeitung und Auslösung von Bestellungen
  • Eigenständige, umfassende Betreuung zugeordneter Produktgruppen
  • Operative Abwicklung des gesamten Bestellprozesses von der Bedarfsmeldung bis zur Rechnungsprüfung
  • Enge Betreuung und Abstimmung nationaler und internationaler Lieferanten
  • Einholen und Vergleichen von Angeboten sowie Durchführung von Bestellungen
  • Bearbeitung und Auslösung von Bestellungen
  • Eigenständige, umfassende Betreuung zugeordneter Produktgruppen
  • Terminverfolgung, Überwachung der Liefertermine und Sicherstellung der Materialverfügbarkeit
  • Pflege von Lieferanten- und Artikelstammdaten im ERP-System
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen wie Produktion, Logistik und Buchhaltung
  • Unterstützung bei Preisverhandlungen und Lieferantenbewertungen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung von Einkaufsprozessen und Kostenstrukturen

### Ihr Profil:

  • Du verfügst über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Du hast bereits erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Disposition, Materialwirtschaft oder Warenwirtschaft gesammelt
  • Du hast eine ergebnisorientierte, selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Du hast gute Kenntnisse in Excel
  • Du bist ein kontaktfreudiger Teamplayer mit Verhandlungsgeschick und Durchsetzungsstärke
  • Du hast sehr gute Deutsch -und Englisch Kenntnisse (Französischkenntnisse vorteilhaft)
