In einem dreiköpfigen Team übernimmst du schnell Verantwortung und gestaltest den Einkauf aktiv mit:

  • Du bist verantwortlich für den kompletten Beschaffungsprozess von Normteilen sowie Roh-, Hilfs- und Betriebsstoffen.
  • Du arbeitest eng beim Einkauf von zeichnungsgebundenen Fertigungsteilen mit.
  • Du holst Angebote ein und bewertest diese mittels präziser Analysen.
  • Du übernimmst die Lieferantenauswahl, die Lieferantenentwicklung sowie die operativen Lieferantengespräche inklusive geschickter Preisverhandlungen.
  • Du überwachst die termingerechten Lieferungen, pflegst die Stammdaten im ERP-System (aktuell *TimeLine*, bald Umstellung auf unser maßgeschneidertes, eigenentwickeltes System) und bearbeitest Rechnungen sowie Reklamationen.

Du musst nicht perfekt sein, aber das Fundament sollte stimmen:

  • Ausbildung: Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Berufsausbildung.
  • Fachwissen: Technisches Verständnis im Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen und Fertigungsteilen.
  • IT-Skills: Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen und ERP-Systemen sowie die Bereitschaft, dich in neue Software einzuarbeiten.
  • Persönlichkeit: Teamfähigkeit, Eigenmotivation, Einsatzbereitschaft, Flexibilität und ein gesundes Verhandlungsgeschick.
  • Sprachen: Sicheres Deutsch sowie Englischkenntnisse ab gutem B1-Niveau . Warum? Der Großteil unseres Zuliefererstamms sitzt zwar in Deutschland, aber durch unsere globale Gruppe nutzen wir internationale Einkaufssynergien – es wird also zunehmend internationaler und spannender!
