Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Durchführung von Bedarfsanalysen in enger Abstimmung mit der Produktion, der Auftragssteuerung und dem Vertrieb zur Ermittlung benötigter Rohstoffe, Waren oder Dienstleistungen
  • Einholen und Vergleichen von Angeboten sowie Platzieren von Bestellungen über das ERP-System
  • Überwachung der Liefertermine und der Liefertreue der Lieferanten, proaktives Mahnwesen bei Verzug
  • Kaufmännische Prüfung der eingehenden Lieferantenrechnungen zur Freigabe an die Finanzbuchhaltung

Voraussetzungen:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Industriekaufmann/-frau, Kaufmann/-frau im Groß- und Außenhandelsmanagement oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Verhandlungsgeschick, Durchsetzungsvermögen, analytisches Denken, Empathie
  • Neugier, Motivation, Kollegialität, Interesse an einer Weiterentwicklung im Unternehmen
