  • und kontinuierliche Pflege eines leistungsstarken Netzwerks aus
  • Nachunternehmern und Lieferanten Einholung, Prüfung und Bewertung von
  • Angeboten bereits in frühen Projektphasen wie der Kalkulation
  • Selbstständige Führung von Preis- und Vertragsverhandlungen mit
  • externen Partnern Ermittlung von Materialbedarfen und Koordination der
  • Beschaffung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den zuständigen Projektteams
  • Sicherstellung einer termingerechten Materialversorgung durch
  • strukturierte Planung und Logistikkoordination Erstellung von
  • Bieterlisten und Angebotsübersichten sowie aktives Monitoring von
  • Einkaufsbudgets zur Identifikation von Einsparpotenzialen Dein Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Bauingenieurwesen oder
  • eine gleichwertige Ausbildung mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung
  • Mehrjährige Praxis im technischen Einkauf, idealerweise in der
  • Baubranche Fundierte Kenntnisse im Vertragsrecht, insbesondere BGB und
  • VOB/B Ausgeprägte Verhandlungskompetenz, Kommunikationsstärke und
  • technisches Verständnis Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie Erfahrung
  • mit branchenüblicher Einkaufs- oder Kalkulationssoftware von Vorteil
