Zur Verstärkung unseres HDG Service-Teams suchen wir am Standort Massing einen engagierten Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) im Bereich Klimatechnik mit Praxisbezug

Technischer Innendienst (m/w/d) für den Bereich Wärmepumpensysteme

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Technische Unterstützung von Kunden, Fachpartnern und Servicetechnikern
  • Telefonische Fehleranalyse und Lösungsfindung Bearbeitung technischer Anfragen im Bereich Klima- und Wärmepumpentechnik
  • Unterstützung bei Inbetriebnahmen und Anlagenoptimierungen
  • Erstellung technischer Dokumentationen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklung, Vertrieb und Service
  • Unterstützung bei technischen Einsätzen vor Ort, wenn eine Klärung oder Unterstützung beim Kunden erforderlich ist

Ihr Profil:

  • Ausbildung als Mechatroniker für Kältetechnik, Klimatechniker, Anlagenmechaniker SHK oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in der Klima-, Kälte- oder Wärmepumpentechnik von Vorteil
  • Technisches Verständnis und Freude am Lösen von Problemen
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise Kommunikationsstärke und Teamgeist
  • Führerschein Klasse B
