  • Technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung und Erfahrung im Projektmanagement oder der Auftragsabwicklung
  • Freude an Technik, idealerweise Erfahrung in den Bereichen SHK, Gas und Elektro
  • Überblick behalten, auch wenn viel los ist, Organisationstalent mit Flexibilität
  • ordentliche, eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • klare und freundliche Kommunikation mit Kunden, Kollegen und externen Partnern
  • Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und Microsoft Office

Das erwartet Dich!

  • technische und kaufmännische Prüfung sowie Abwicklung der Aufträge nach Hereingabe durch den Verkauf
  • Planung und Koordination eigener Monteure und externer Dienstleister im Bereich Montage, Gas und Elektro
  • Bestellung und Disposition von Material und Dienstleistungen
  • Erstellung von Komm-Listen und Lieferscheinen, Begutachtung von Baustellen
  • Enge Abstimmung mit Kunden, Verkauf und weiteren internen Schnittstellen
  • Ggf. Bearbeitung von Reklamationen bzw. Nachträgen
