Technischer Kundenbetreuer (m/w/d)

Ihre Herausforderung:

  • Bearbeitung der technischen Anfragen aus Hotline und E-Mailsupport
  • Kundenbetreuung
  • Funktionstests und technische Abnahme von Neuprodukten und Kundengeräten
  • Fehleranalyse und Fernwartung
  • Übernahme von Projektaufgaben

Sie verfügen über:

  • Berufserfahrung in der technischen Kundenbetreuung
  • technische Affinität
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Kundenorientierung
