Sie verbinden technisches Verständnis mit Freude am Kundenkontakt?
Als Technischer Kundenservice (m/w/d) unterstützen Sie Kunden und
Servicetechniker bei technischen Anliegen. Die Position ist für einen
längeren Einsatz im Raum Chemnitz mit Option auf Übernahme
vorgesehen. Das sind Ihre Tätigkeitsschwerpunkte Betreuen Sie Kunden
per Telefon, E-Mail und Ticket-System Bearbeiten Sie Reklamationen und
Ersatzteilbestellungen von der Erfassung bis zur Nachverfolgung
Unterstützen Sie Servicetechniker bei Teilelieferungen, Recherchen
und der Einsatzvorbereitung Pflegen Sie Kunden- und Maschinendaten im
ERP-System Sorgen Sie durch klare Kommunikation und zuverlässige
Lösungen für hohe Kundenzufriedenheit Das bringen Sie mit
Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung oder
vergleichbare Qualifikation Technisches Verständnis, idealerweise in
Elektronik, Mechatronik oder Mechanik Erfahrung in Auftragsabwicklung
und Kundenservice Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und MS Office Gute
Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mindestens B2) sowie ausgeprägte
Serviceorientierung Ihre Vorteile Längerfristiger Einsatz mit Option
