In unserem kleinen, engagierten Team erzeugen wir im ländlichen Raum Strom und Wärme aus Holzhackschnitzeln – umweltfreundlich, effizient und zukunftsorientiert.
  • Ihre Aufgaben bei uns:
  • Verantwortung für den reibungslosen Betrieb unseres Dampf-Kraftwerks
  • Organisation und Koordination von Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen
  • Umsetzung und Begleitung technischer Projekte
  • Überwachung der Prozesse von der Holzaufbereitung über Wasserchemie und Hochdruckdampf bis hin zur Stromerzeugung
  • Das bringen Sie mit:
  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder Studium (z. B. Anlagenmechanik, Verfahrenstechnik, Elektrotechnik o. Ä.)
  • Berufserfahrung in der Instandhaltung oder im technischen Betrieb von Anlagen
  • Organisations- und Koordinationstalent
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und ergebnisorientiertes Denken
