Die roba süd GmbH ist ein DVGW-zertifiziertes Rohrleitungsbauunternehmen für Wasser, Gas und Fernwärme mit Sitz in 73466 Lauchheim. Wir verlegen, montieren und sanieren Leitungen vom Hausanschluss bis zur Transportleitung.

Aufgaben

  • Du übernimmst die technische Gesamtverantwortung für unsere Bauausführung (Wasser/Gas/Fernwärme).
  • Planen und Steuern von Personal, Gerät und Material.
  • Qualität, Termine und Kosten überwachen; Abnahmen, Druck-/Dichtheitsprüfungen begleiten.
  • DVGW-, Arbeits- und Umweltschutzvorgaben sicherstellen; Audits vorbereiten.
  • Technische Klärungen mit Auftraggebern, Versorgern und Behörden.
  • Standards und digitale Baudokumentation (Aufmaß/Tagesberichte) weiterentwickeln.
  • Aufmaß und Baustellenabrechnung: Mengen prüfen, Nachträge vorbereiten, Abschlags-/Schlussrechnungen erstellen
  • Vorarbeiter/Kolonnen fachlich führen, einarbeiten und fördern.
  • Unterstützung der Kalkulation und Angebotsbewertung.

Profil (Muss/Kann)

  • Meister/Techniker/Ingenieur (Tief-, Rohrleitungsbau, Versorgungstechnik) oder vergleichbar.
  • Praxis im Rohrleitungs-/Tiefbau; sicher im Planlesen und VOB-Grundlagen.
  • Erfahrung in Führung und Baustellenorganisation; ausgeprägtes Sicherheitsbewusstsein.
  • Routine mit MS Office und Bausoftware (z. B. Bautagebuch/Aufmaß).
  • Sehr gutes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift; Führerschein B/BE,
