Die A-Plus GmbH & Co. KG ist ein erfahrenes Architektur- und Planungsbüro mit Hauptsitz in Hachenburg und betreut vielseitige Projekte im Hoch- und Ingenieurbau.

Für unseren Standort in Hachenburg suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt:

Bauzeichner / Bautechniker / Technischer Mitarbeiter Bau (m/w/d)

Schwerpunkt Arbeitsvorbereitung, Ausschreibung und Abrechnung

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Arbeitsvorbereitung für Bauprojekte
  • Erstellung von Leistungsverzeichnissen und Ausschreibungen
  • Massenermittlung, Aufmaß und Abrechnung von Bauleistungen
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Bauzeitenplänen
  • Unterstützung der Projekt- und Bauleitung
  • Koordination von Nachunternehmern, Lieferanten und Projektbeteiligten
  • Dokumentation und projektbezogenes Controlling
  • Bauleitungs- und Baustellenkoordinationstätigkeiten in begrenztem Umfang

Ihr Profil

  • Nachweisbare Berufserfahrung im Bauwesen ist zwingend erforderlich
  • Erfahrung in den Bereichen Arbeitsvorbereitung, Ausschreibung, Abrechnung, Bauleitung oder Projektkoordination
  • Technisches Verständnis sowie eine strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; CAD-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Teamfähigkeit, Organisationstalent und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

Qualifikation

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Bauzeichner (m/w/d), Bautechniker (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation sind von Vorteil
  • Auch erfahrene Quereinsteiger (m/w/d) sind ausdrücklich willkommen
  • Ein formaler Berufsabschluss ist nicht zwingend erforderlich, sofern eine nachweisbare praktische Berufserfahrung im Bauwesen vorhanden ist
  • Die Berufserfahrung muss durch bisherige Tätigkeiten, Arbeitszeugnisse, Referenzen oder vergleichbare Nachweise belegbar sein
