Zur Unterhaltung und Instandsetzung unserer Immobilien suchen wir handwerkliches Geschick und Verlässlichkeit. Unser langjähriger Mitarbeiter wird in 2-3 Jahren in seinen wohlverdienten Ruhestand gehen. In den nächsten Jahren wird die Zusammenarbeit gemeinsam geschehen. Darüber hinaus suchen wir somit eine handwerklich geschickte Nachfolge. Wir selbst sind ein kleines Familienunternehmen.

Zu den Aufgaben gehört die Unterhaltung der Immobilien. Dazu gehören technische Rundgänge, daraus folgend, das Einstellen von Türen und Fenstern, das Retuschieren und Beseitigen von Schäden, die Pflege der Grünanlagen. Ein wichtiger Bestandteil der Arbeiten sind das Spachteln und Malern von Wohnungen, Austausch oder Reparatur von Bodenbelag (Parkett oder Vinyl), Silikonfugen überprüfen und erneuern.

Sollten Sie weitere Kenntnisse wie Fliesen oder Trockenbau mitbringen, so kommt auch dies gelegentlich zum Einsatz.

Ein Führerschein ist wünschenswert. Grundlegende Deutschkenntnisse sind ebenso wünschenswert, da auch Kontakt und Kommunikation mit den Mietern gepflegt wird. Die mindeste Voraussetzung ist bei fehlenden Deutschkenntnissen die ernsthafte Bereitschaft zu einem Sprachkurs.
