### Technischen Mitarbeiter (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Fachgerechte Einführung und Schulung von Mitarbeiteten an modernen Produktionsmaschinen
  • Selbstständige Einarbeitung von Mitarbeitern
  • Verantwortung für den reibungslosen Maschinenanlauf im Schichtbetrieb
  • Durchführung und Dokumentation von Qualitätskontrollen
  • Einarbeitung ca. 5-8 Wochen ( außerhalb von Fulda/ca. 2,5 Stunden entfernt)

Ihr Profil:

  • Berufserfahrung in der Produktion
  • Technisches Verständnis und manuelles Geschick
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
  • Sorgfältige, qualitätsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Hohe Leistungsbereitschaft und körperliche Belastbarkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
