  • Führung und Motivation von unseren Mitarbeitern
  • Technische und wirtschaftliche Steuerung des Produktionsprozesses
  • Analyse, Optimierung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung innerbetrieblicher Prozesse
  • Sicherstellung der größtmöglichen Kundenzufriedenheit
  • Ihr Profil
  • Gewerbliche oder technische Ausbildung, gerne auch Berufseinsteiger
  • Hohes Maß an Einsatzbereitschaft, Eigeninitiative und Teamfähigkeit
  • Strukturierte, organisierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise
