  • Entwicklung von Flächen-, Nutzungs- und Layoutkonzepten für Produktions-, Lager- und Bürobereiche
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Gebäude-, Bestands- und Standortplänen
  • Planung und Visualisierung von Umbauten, Umzügen und Optimierungsmaßnahmen
  • Entwicklung von Standort- und Masterplänen für Neubau- und Erweiterungsprojekte
  • Aufbereitung technischer Planungsgrundlagen für Investitionen, Werterhaltung und Betreiberverantwortung
  • Verwaltung und Integration externer Planungsunterlagen wie Bauanträge, Kataster-, Flucht- und Feuerwehrpläne
  • Unterstützung und perspektivische Leitung von Bau-, Umbau- und Standortentwicklungsprojekten

## Ihre bisherige Geschichte

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Bauwesen, technische Planung, Gebäudemanagement oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in der Erstellung technischer Zeichnungen, Layouts und Planungsunterlagen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit CAD- und Dokumentationstools
  • Erfahrungen in Gebäude-, Standort- und Flächenentwicklung im industriellen Umfeld
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Organisationsgeschick und Teamfähigkeit
  • Kenntnisse in Brandschutz, Lean-Methoden, Projektmanagement oder Facility Management sind von Vorteil
