Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir Sie als Technischer Projektleiter für den Standort Hamburg.

  • Ihr Aufgabenbereich
  • Planung und operative Durchführung von Softwareentwicklungsprojekten, mit technischer und wirtschaftlicher und zeitlicher Verantwortung für die Umsetzung der Projekte
  • Beschreibung von Projektanforderungen und Projektzielen in Abstimmung mit den Stakeholdern sowie Aufteilung der Arbeitspakete je nach Vorgehensmodell
  • Verantwortung für die Dokumentation und das zielgruppenspezifische Reporting
  • Festlegung des technischen Vorgehens in enger Abstimmung mit Architekten und anderen Stakeholdern
  • Ermittlung, Verfolgung und Bearbeitung von Projektrisiken
  • Koordination externer Lieferanten und Projektpartner sowie interner Leistungserbringer
  • Ihr Profil
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung, alternativ eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit entsprechender Berufspraxis
  • Praktische Erfahrung in der Leitung von Softwareprojekten und profundes Wissen in klassischen Projektmanagementmethoden sowie im agilen Entwicklungsprozess
  • Verständnis für komplexe Anforderungen von Entwicklern und Kunden sowie für die Analyse und Bewertung von Technologien und Methoden
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Jira und Confluence oder ähnlichen Tools zur Anforderungs- und Projektdokumentation/-planung
  • Wirtschaftliches und unternehmerisches Handeln sowie Kundenorientierung
  • Sehr gutes Kommunikationsvermögen im Kontakt mit internen und externen Schnittstellen, Empathie sowie zuverlässige, methodische Arbeitsweise und Selbstmotivation
