*Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen engagierten Technischen Projektleiter (m/w/d ), der unsere Bauprojekte auf Bauherrenseite eigenverantwortlich begleitet und unsere Interessen gegenüber Planern, Behörden und ausführenden Unternehmen vertritt.*

Ihre Aufgaben

\* Technische und organisatorische Steuerung unserer Bau- und Umbauprojekte

\* Bauherrenvertretung und regelmäßige Präsenz auf der Baustelle

\* Koordination von Architekten, Fachplanern, Bauleitern und ausführenden Unternehmen

\* Begleitung von Nutzungsänderungen und Genehmigungsverfahren

\* Prüfung und Steuerung von Kosten, Terminen, Qualität und Nachträgen

\ * Teilnahme an Baubesprechungen sowie Überwachung und Dokumentation des Baufortschritts

\* Begleitung von Abnahmen und Mängelbeseitigungen

Ihr Profil

\ * Abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare technische Qualifikation im Bauwesen

\ * Berufserfahrung in der Projektleitung, Bauleitung oder Bauherrenvertretung

\ * Technisches und wirtschaftliches Verständnis

\ * Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

\ * Durchsetzungsstärke und sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Projektbeteiligten

\ * Erfahrung mit Bestandsumbauten und Nutzungsänderungen von Vorteil
