  • Schnittstellen- und Stakeholdermanagement zu sämtlichen Funktionen innerhalb der BU Service sowie den Global- und Zentralfunktionen von ENERCON, insbesondere R&D und Regionen
  • Erarbeitung und Vorbereitung von Präsentationen und Entscheidungsvorlagen für strategische und operative Themen
  • Modellierung und Standardisierung von Berechnungen und Forecasts
  • Koordination, Reporting und Kommunikation von Kennzahlen und Projekten im Regelprozess oder nach Bedarf
  • Organisation, Leitung und Administration von technischen und operativen Meetings, Reviews, Task Forces, etc.
  • Unterstützung der strategischen Aktionen und Maßnahmen der Businness Unit Service
  • Aufbereitung, Koordination und Nachverfolgung von Projekten und Aktionen des Service Engineering
  • Deine Qualifikationen
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Ingenieurs-, Wirtschafts-, oder Betriebswissenschaften
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in ähnlicher Aufgabenstellung in einem Industrieunternehmen sowiw langjährige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
  • Ausgeprägte technische und wirtschaftliche Kenntnisse
  • Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher in Wort und Schrift
  • Präzise, inhaltsstarke und effiziente Kommunikation über alle Ebenen
  • Selbstständigkeit, hohes Maß an Eigenmotivation
  • Analytisches und prozessorierntiertes Denkvermögen sowie strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
