Küchen Aktuell betreibt als Deutschlands erfolgreichster Küchenspezialist zurzeit 18 Küchenfachmärkte und 13 Logistik- und Servicezentren. Als verantwortungsvolles Familienunternehmen beschäftigen wir über 1.400 Mitarbeiter, mit denen wir gemeinsam unser Wachstum realisieren.

Für unseren Standort Neuss suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Technischen Leiter (m/w/d) für den Bereich Küchenmontage und Lagerlogistik.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Betreuung und fachliche Qualifizierung der Mitarbeiter im Bereich Küchenmontage und Lagerverwaltung
  • Sicherstellung eines optimalen Warenflusses im Logistikzentrum
  • Koordination einer qualitativ und quantitativ optimalen Auslieferung inkl. der dafür notwendigen Personalplanung
  • Lösung von komplexen Montageherausforderungen sowie fachliche Unterstützung bei anspruchsvollen Küchenmontagen

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Einen Berufsabschluss als Tischlermeister oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Ausgeprägte handwerkliche Fähigkeiten , idealerweise Fachwissen im Bereich Küchen- oder Möbelmontage
  • Gute kaufmännische Kenntnisse und organisatorische Fähigkeiten
  • Erfahrung in leitender Position mit Personalverantwortung
  • Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie ein hohes Maß an Flexibilität
  • Bereitschaft zur Mobilität während Ihrer Einarbeitungszeit
