ATX Hardware GmbH ist Europas Marktführer im Prüfadapterbau. Wir produzieren individuell angefertigte Kontaktier-Einrichtungen für die Prüfung von bestückten elektronischen Baugruppen. Jedes unserer Geräte ist ein feinwerktechnisches Unikat mit unterschiedlichen Komplexitäten. Die Bandbreite bewegt sich von einfachen Handadaptern bis zu vollautomatisierten In-Line Testanlagen. Wir sind ein mittelständisches und grundsolides Unternehmen mit ca. 190 Mitarbeitern.

## Deine Aufgaben bei uns

  • Abwicklung der anfallenden Kundenkorrespondenz
  • Selbstständige Auftragsabwicklung und Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen
  • Organisation und Kontrolle der Ausgangsrechnungen
  • Bearbeitung der Garantiefälle, sowie der internen Entwicklungsprojekte
  • Telefonische und persönliche Betreuung von Gästen und Kunden
  • Erfassung, Aktualisierung und Pflege der Kundendaten
  • Unterstützung in der Versandabteilung und der Zentrale

## Das zeichnet Dich aus

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise im Bereich der Elektro- oder Metallindustrie
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse mit MS-Office
  • Erfahrungen im Vertriebsinnendienst wünschenswert
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse
