Als technischer Sachbearbeiter (m/w/d) übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Rolle in der Auftragsabwicklung, Kundenbetreuung und Koordination technischer Prozesse. Werden Sie Teil eines engagierten Teams und gestalten Sie mit uns die Zukunft !

Ihre Aufgaben – das erwartet Sie

  • Koordination und Bearbeitung technischer und kaufmännischer Aufgaben
  • Erstellung von Angeboten im ERP-System
  • Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen inkl. technischer Beratung
  • Betreuung und Abwicklung von Aufträgen inkl. Terminverfolgung
  • Einsatzplanung von Monteuren
  • Markt- und Wettbewerbsbeobachtung zur Identifikation neuer Absatzmöglichkeiten
  • Fachliche Anleitung und Unterstützung von Mitarbeitenden

Ihr Profil – das bringen Sie mit

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Berufsausbildung (mind. 3 Jahre) und idealerweise eine Weiterqualifizierung zum Meister oder Techniker (m/w/d)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im relevanten Bereich
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office und ERP-Systemen
  • Organisationsgeschick und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch
  • Erfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung und Angebotserstellung

Wünschenswert – das wäre ein Plus

  • Erfahrung in der Marktanalyse oder im technischen Vertrieb
  • Kenntnisse in UVV, Industriezertifizierungen, Atex, Elektrotechnik, Qualitätssicherung oder Normenwesen
  • Erfahrung in der fachlichen Anleitung von Mitarbeitenden
