## Ihre Aufgaben als Technischer Sachbearbeiter (m/w/d) Ersatzteilservice:

Bearbeitung und technische Prüfung aller eingehenden Kundenanfragen und -aufträge
Teilverfügbarkeitsprüfung, Preiskontrolle, Auftragsüberwachung sowie interne und externe Terminkontrolle
Erstellung von Angeboten für Ersatzteile, Verbrauchsmittel und Maschinenumbauten in Deutsch und Englisch
Erarbeitung von Verschließteilsets sowie Empfehlungslisten für Ersatzteilsets in Abhängigkeit von den jeweiligen Maschinentypen
Telefonische und schriftliche Kommunikation mit dem Kunden
Erstellung von Sachnummern und Stücklisten
Preispflege von Ersatzteilen und Verbrauchsmitteln

## Das Profil bringen Sie mit als Technischer Sachbearbeiter (m/w/d) Ersatzteilservice:

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Mechatroniker (m/w/d) oder Energieelektroniker (m/w/d) mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung; Abschluss als Techniker (m/w/d) oder Meister (m/w/d) wünschenswert
Technische Kenntnisse von Bogenoffsetmaschinen sind von Vorteil
Sicherer Umgang mit Stücklisten, Ersatzteildokumenten und technischen Zeichnungen
Sehr gute PC Kenntnisse (MS Office)
Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Sicheres Auftreten, Organisationstalent und Durchsetzungsvermögen
Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 2-Schicht-System in Verbindung mit einem 24-Stunden-Haveriedienst nach einem Einsatzplan
