## Ihre Aufgaben im Team

In dieser unbefristeten Festanstellung mit 40 Wochenstunden am Standort Berlin übernehmen Sie die organisatorische und technische Betreuung des Immobilienbestandes.

  • Planung, Steuerung und Nachverfolgung von technischen Instandhaltungs-, Sanierungs- und Modernisierungsmaßnahmen
  • Koordination von Handwerkern und Dienstleistern vor Ort
  • Bearbeitung von Schadensmeldungen und Steuerung der Mängelbeseitigung
  • Erstellung von Ausschreibungen und Einholung von Angeboten

## Das bringen Sie mit

Sie passen zu uns, wenn Sie eine technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung im Immobilienbereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mitbringen und Erfahrung in der technischen Sachbearbeitung gesammelt haben. Zudem überzeugen Sie durch Organisationsstärke, Kommunikationsfähigkeit und einen sicher im Alltag angewandten Umgang mit gängigen Softwareanwendungen.
