  • Aufgaben:
  • Bearbeitung technischer Anfragen und Bewertung von Garantie- und Kulanzfällen
  • Unterstützung von Hersteller und Servicenetz in Deutschland bei technischen Problemstellungen
  • Überwachung und Analyse der Produktqualität im Rahmen von Product-Behavior-Meetings
  • Erstellung technischer Dokumente und Unterlagen
  • Beratung und Unterstützung von Fachabteilungen bei technischen Fragestellungen
  • technische Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Service, Hersteller und internen Bereichen
  • Profil:
  • Kfz-Mechatroniker, Kfz-Mechaniker oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation-idealerweise ergänzt durch kaufmännisches Know-how
  • Erfahrung in der Analyse technischer Problemstellungen und Erstellung technischer Dokumentationen
  • sicherer Umgang mit MS Office zur Dokumentation, Auswertung und Kommunikation technischer Inhalte
  • Kommunikationsstärke für die Schnittstellenarbeit mit Service, Hersteller und internen Fachabteilungen sowie eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • gelegentliche Reisebereitschaft
  • sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
