### Deine neuen Herausforderungen:

  • Erstellung und Verwaltung technischer Zeichnungen für Heizungs-, Sanitär-, Lüftungs- und Kälteanlagen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Projektleitung zur Erarbeitung technischer Zeichnungsunterlagen und Schemata bis einschließlich Ausführungsplanung (LPH 5)
  • Eigenständige Durchführung technischer Berechnungen
  • Mitwirkung in unterschiedlichen Projekten sowie Beitrag zur Entwicklung technisch anspruchsvoller Gebäudetechniklösungen

### Dein starkes Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Technischer Zeichner, Technischer Systemplaner oder vergleichbar
  • Alternativ eine handwerkliche Ausbildung im Bereich Heizung, Sanitär, Lüftung und Kälte mit anschließender Weiterbildung zum Meister / Techniker
  • Ausgeprägtes räumliches Vorstellungsvermögen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit CAD-Software und idealerweise Erfahrung mit AutoCAD, liNear und BIM
  • Verantwortungsvolle, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und hohe Eigeninitiative
