Deine Aufgaben

  • Technische und operative Betreuung unserer Key Accounts im Tagesgeschäft
  • Bearbeitung und Klärung technischer Kundenanfragen – auch für internationale Partner
  • Technische Vorprüfung von Reklamationen
  • Aufbau und Pflege einer technischen Wissensdatenbank
  • Du bist feste Ansprechperson unserer Key Accounts im Innendienst

Dein Profil

  • Technische Ausbildung, z. B. Elektronik, Elektrotechnik oder Mechatronik
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung im technischen Innendienst oder technischen Kundenservice in einem B2B-Umfeld
  • Erfahrung in der operativen Betreuung anspruchsvoller Key Accounts
  • Sicherer Umgang mit ERP- und CRM-Systemen
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Pluspunkte: Branchenerfahrung in Maschinenbau, Automation oder Elektrotechnik
