### Deine Aufgaben:

  • Ganzheitliche Beratung und Betreuung unserer B2B-Kunden – von Neukunden bis hin zu ausgewählten Bestandskunden
  • Koordination und Begleitung kleinerer Projekte
  • Planung, Kalkulation und Angebotserstellung technischer Systemlösungen
  • Pflege von Produkten, Content und Inseraten in Adobe Commerce (Magento 2)
  • Betreuung und Pflege unserer Online-Marktplätze

### Dein Profil:

  • Fundierte Branchenkenntnisse in den Bereichen Medientechnik, UC/UCC und/oder Veranstaltungstechnik
  • Technisches Verständnis zur eigenständigen Planung von Systemlösungen
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst und/oder E-Commerce (idealerweise mit Adobe Commerce-Magento 2)
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung, Kommunikationsstärke und Freude am B2B-Vertrieb
