# Technischen Zeichner (m/w/d)

### So sieht Dein Arbeitsalltag aus:

  • Führung und Aktualisierung der Bestandsplanwerke
  • Durchführung von Bestandseinmessungen
  • Führung und Aktualisierung des grafischen Informationssystems
  • Dokumentation von Betriebsmitteldaten:
  • Erfassung und Aufbereitung von Betriebsmitteldaten
  • Einpflege in das Betriebsmittelinformationssystem
  • Erstellen von Planauskünften auf Anfrage von internen und externen Stellen
  • Erstellung von Schachtgenehmigungen für Tiefbauunternehmen
  • Mitarbeit beim Liegenschaftsinformationssystem
  • Bearbeitung von Grunddienstbarkeiten

## Das solltest Du mitbringen:

  • Facharbeiterausbildung Technischer Zeichner oder Vermessungstechniker
  • Kenntnisse von PC-Standardanwendungen und prozessorientierter EDV-Systeme (Auto-CAD, LIS)
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Eigenverantwortliche und loyale Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit, aufgeschlossen gegenüber Veränderungsprozessen
  • Ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Bereitschaft zur internen und externen Weiterbildung
  • Zuverlässigkeit
